    Mick Harts Mass building cycle

    I recently purchases Mick Hart's layman's guide to steroids and in it he gives a mass building cycle which is essentially 250mg of sustanon , 3 days later 200mg of deca , 3 days later 250mg of sus, 3 days later 200mg of deca and so on for 10 wks. Ive never seen a cycle like this before and was wondering if anyone had any comments about it.

    why did you purchase that book? There is much better info out there than in that book IMO. Spend more time on this site, you'll get much better advice and in turn results

    i realized this after i had already purchased the book...i was just confused as to this cycle because most everyone on here says that you should take 200mg Deca twice a week for 10 weeks and 250mg Sus for 12, and when i read the cycle in the book i was just confused

    thats about 250mgs test and 200mgs deca a wk. very novice cycle.

    I have read his work and I now know he knows absolutely jack shit about juice.

    Can't believe the shit he comes out with.
    And then talks about what an EXPERT he is. What a joke.

    I know Mick Hart and have read everything he has wrote, all i can say is he is abit old school,he has trained some very good athletes and they have took first place many times, his style is towards the more novice bodybuilder, he makes a very good living with his supplements and books, but he is not up to date with his cycles for the advance bodybuiler....
