    Question just thinking about starting

    I've been working out regularly for the past 8 months and have not been able to gain much size at all. My strength has gone up, but not size. Does anyone have any recommendations on something that I could start off with just to gain a little size and added strenght? thanks

    thanks....24, 6'1", 175# workout 4-5 days/wk along with running 4-5 days/wk

    well if you want mass. quit running so damn much. i don't do hardly any cardio while bulking. in all reallity, you should get you diet in check before hitting the juice. if you don't, you won't keep ANY gains that were made during you cycle. how many cals are you consuming each day?

    I think your a prime candidate for a lean mass cycle

    dont drop the carido keepTraining the same

    do 6 things

    1) do a proper first cycle of 500 mgs of Test Enanthate a week
    one shot every 3-4 days for 10 weeks
    (front load the first 2 shots at 500)

    2) increase your protein consumption by 150-200 grams on cycle

    3) keep the same split but increase wieght and sets and the test flows

    4) PCT PCT PCT PCT !!!! do a agressive PCT and do it right, did I say PCT? lol

    5) OFF cycle cut the cardio out for a month to 6 eeks till you reover and lift with the same split but in more of an abbreaviated fashion


    6) then when you are recovered assess your goals and this time you shold be about 15-20 pounds heavier

    I eat about 2800 cal/day, with about 150-170g protein/day.
    running is a hobby i don't want to quit, i know it hinders the size gains but i'm also in the military so i have to keep it up

    well. up the cals to 4000 day. for a few months. when you're ready, run:
    test e 500mgs wk 1-12
    PCT

    bump the cals to 4000 and protein to around 300. The gains will come w/out steroids . You definitely need lots more protein if youre gonna keep running b/c all the running will canabalize muscle quickly so you need lots of protein to preserve it
