Been doing a little clen but the sides dont work with me. The headaches are just too much. I am on a pretty good diet. I gained 20lbs on my last cycle, but would like to loose about 5 to 10lbs. I was going to start Winni, but im not sure which is best?
Best 10 week cutting cycle looks like this:
Weeks
1-10 Cardio in the AM before you eat. You may take 5g of BCAA before running to prevent catabolism.
1-10 Diet. Go to the cutting sticky in the diet forum.

Diet and cardio are by far the best way lose unwanted BF. Do your cardio first thing in the A.M. on an empty stomach.
