whats the best way to ship overseas?

small orders, registered letter. and disquise the product. if its a vial put it in a small box so its square. ive never shipped overseas, but this is how i recieve my gear. hope this helps. ps my supplier has a 99% success rate (or so he says), ive always gotten my gear though.
