    nolva dosage?

    should i take the tamoxin citrate all at once? or should i split it up twice daily?

    i was taking 20mgs ED but it seemed like not enough. i think im just really prone to gyno. anyways, i take 20mg in the morning and 20 in the evening. should i continue this or do it all at once?

    Not really nolva's half-life is relatively long.
