Thread: back probs

I know this is an injury question, I have posted there but traffic is so damn slow so please bear with me. I was doing traps today, when I put my head down and felt a pain in my upper middle back. Cut my workout short. Feels a bit better than it did in gym. It basically bothers me when I put my head down. Any opinons??? I know I should sit it out but for how long?
