one of my friends is doing his first cycle now

he is going with sus 2 ml/ week ,deca 3 ml/week and winny 20 mg/day all for a 6 week cycle

and its his first cycle.i tried to convince him that he should go for test only but he refused thats because one of the big guys told him he should do this.

i told him atleast take a good pct for it

now what is the pct that he should take with it?

im pisset off at him because he didnt listen but we are talking about his helth here so please help me up.

well deca a t 6 weeks is a waste IMO. Sus is garbage IMO and 20mg winny is a very low dosage

what pct? I thought there is only a few compounds that you could use clomid, hcg and tamox or even trib. but what are you asking?

He does not listen to you anyways. 6week cycle of deca /sust/winny (20mg) wont do much for him anyways. He'll end up paying way too much for his gear and wont have anything to show for it. If he's willing to listen, tell him to do this:

First of all scratch the sust.

Test E 500mg 1-10 weeks
Deca 400mg 1-10 weeks
winny 50mg ed 8-12 weeks

If he listen to this, we'll talk PCT.

his plan is 6 weeks on 2 weeks of 4 weeks on 4 weeks off and last 4 weeks on
