week 1-4: Dbol 30mg
week 1-12: deca 200mg
week 1-13: sust 250 250 mg
weight: 13 stone (182lbs/82kg)
this is my second cycle.
weeks 1-4: dbol 30mg
weeks 1-12: deca 200mg
pounds put on 14lbs (kept)
I was wondering if i was looking to maximise all round size, should i be isolating a differant muscle group daily or hitting strict compounds daily. My recovery is phenominal so i can do 6 days a week......
any ideas guys.
Please no abusive or cocky replies.

looks fine to me. If you grow off of low dose cycles, then go for it.
what about PCT?

but if it is three esters then apparently i can shoot it every 10 days???

yes its true some of the esters have long half lives but the others dont. if you run it eod you will be keeping all the esters at a max level instead of some dropping after a few days. understand what im trying to say?
