I figured since this forum gets the most traffic I should put this here. I read on here that the bodies preferred fuels are carbs, fat, protein in that order. So I got my diet and cardio in check and Im trying to loose that last bit of fat (with out aas, Ive been off 6 months and would like to stay off for a little while longer). So the question is what do you guys think of carb blockers, what were your results, and whats your take on different brands? So far I have seen ag carrys carb blockers, another other companies or research companies?
