l-dex
How long does it take l-dex to take the water off you?... i been taking it at .25 for 3 days and dont see a change in water weight.
Will it take all the water off you or do you have to wait till your cycle has ended to see that?

dont blame the water just on your gear. have you looked at your diet?
sodium intake?

You shouldn't use it to get rid of current existing water, but rather to prevent it from building up. If you are holding water from estrogen, then use and anti-E such as Nolva to drop it fast and use the l-dex from it buidling up again.

so your saying ldex just keeps water from building up? ... i thought it rid the water
water cant be from my diet/sodium cus i eat the same amount of sodium when im off cycle and i dont hold nearly as much water.
guess i will add in some nolv with my ldex and see what happens
