    quad shot ques?

I did my usual shot last night in my left quad. Ive done these shots before and had some pain but not like this. Im currently taking 500mg a week of Nile co sust. 1 shot monday morning 1 shot thursday night, but today my left quad is a little swollen and really stiff. Is this something to worry about or is it normal? Theres no redness around the inject site either. Any help with this would be great!

why did you shoot 1 mL in both quads..save yourself time and trouble and shoot 2mLs and switch each time.

you can hook 25g pins to 10cc chambers...if you get the pins seperately and then change them each time..its cheaper as well.
