Diuretics? used for comp

guys lets hear some opinions on diuretics for competition?

i always use diuretics but they r dangerouse

I used Diazide both times I competed this year it helps to pull the last bit of water off. Lacex is the dangerous ones but they always give you that super ripped look. Maybe I'll try em' this year.

I always go with Diazide keep the carbs at around 50mgs for a bout 2 weeks pre comp. and you should be good to go and then bring them back up 3 days before to fill out.

i use aldactone,starting 2 days before the show.

for a comp they are essential.

I dont compete, but I use a diuretic for my BP. HCTZ is good stuff at 25mg a day with no sides...Hydrochlorothyazide
