what to expect from b-12 injection

I know this isn't an AAS question, but I didn't think it would be approriate in the supp forum either.

Should I be shooting 1000mcg per week? Will I start noticing effects in 2 weeks time? Should I expect anything besides slight appetite increase and maybe well being. thanks.

mike, i shoot 1000mcg a day, that's what my doc told me to do right after he prescribed it to me. the appetite for me is increased in the evening more, but my energy in the morning is incredible now. i noticed a diff about 2 days after my 1st inject

Thanks bro. What should I tell my doc to get a script? I am sure he would give them out pretty liberally.

ALOT people are saying that b-12 does help with energy .. so im thinking that saying of it increasing red blood cells might have some truth too it :scratch:

I got b12 from ARR just now, shoot it in the morning. If it works, I will probably talk to my familiy doctor about getting a script for it, so my insurance can pay for it.

B12=useless(unless you b12 deficient,or you are using it to cut injectables).

I generally restrict b-12 use to during the pre-contest mode.

I'm generally depleted at this time... so the b-12 aides in bringing my energy levels back up... This goes back to what pinnacle said about it being effective during a deficiency: Though i disagree about it only being useful during said state. I won't argue it tho.

1000mcg before training usually does the trick.. I use it twice per week during the initial stages of contest prep...increasing as the comp gets closer.

sorry bout the wait, i can only post from my school comp. i am injecting in the mornings, mostly, i didn't really have to ask, my doc is just cool like that. his son uses aas and lifts for comp so he knows what im lookin to do. my script is called cyanacobalamin, something like that, made in the good US of A.

I wouldn't even spend my money on B-12 for that.I'd opt for sterile oil to cut shots.

at 9 bucks a bottle (30cc) you can't lose. whether ur using it to cut ur aas, or for an appetite/mood/energy booster, there is nothing else, legal or otherwise that i know of that offers these benefits, all in a 1cc ed shot. to tell the truth, it could be a complete placebo and i'd do it anyway, the effects are uncomparable. its worth the (small amount of) money.
