250 mg of Sustanon

Ive been thinking of doing my first cycle and wanted to know what you guys think of using 250 mg of Sustanon a week for a couple of months. A friend of mine has just been on the stuff for about 3 weeks and I can already see a difference in his appearance. Ive read that its possible to gain about 20lbs with such a cycle. I just wonder how long and how much of that muscle is maintainable? And once the cycle is done what should I take and for how long?

There are too many variables to predict how much muscle one will gain on this cycle. Diet, training, rest and genetics are all key factors.

With a good diet rich in quality calories, I think 15-20lbs is realistic.

I also suggest you up your dose to 500mg/wk. Sust is not ideal for a first timer due to the frequency of injectiuons. Sust is a blend of 4 testosterone's, all estered differently. It has Prop in it, which needs to be injected ED or EOD for maximum benifits. Though, 2x per week will still yield some good maintainable gains.

i agree with booCoo...i am doing .7cc's of sustanon every other day....and 500mgs of deca....you will see solid gains....if you eat right and workout like a monster

You can go to 12 weeks, but you'll get better results going at a higher dosage. If this is your first cycle, minimally do 250 mg 2x to 3x a week. At cycles end take nolvadex and clomid and you're good to go.

Thank you guys for all your imput, just one last question, I weigh about 170lbs and do you think 500mg/wk would be safe and what amounts of clomid and nolvadex should I take and for how long. It seems that this steroid cycle may be one of the more safe routes correct me if Im wrong.

i think you could do 250mg EOD safley... but being a novice 250-500mg a week sounds good, but split the dose so you inject EOD to keep levels stable...

1cc Mon. and 1cc Thurs.
Nolva 10mg/ED

PCT: Clomid 3weeks after last shot
Day 1 -3 :100mg ED
Day 4 -21:50mg ED

Gained ~16lbs
Kept ~14lbs
