how many weeks break before u can start again?

hi guys...i just finished my PCT for my 1st cycle of test and deca... gaines 25 pounds kept all of them... no loss in strength... but i am planning a cutting cycle now.. how many months break should i take ?

General rule of thumb is, time on = time off. Make sure to get your bloodwork checked.

I can remember a time when I used to be able to cycle for 12 wks and then take 12 wks off. Now it seems that as soon as PCT is over w/ I'm back on. I'm going to have to change my ways here really soon, getting married and $$ is going to be more of an issue. And if I thought about what I've spent on gear w/in the past year I'd probably just shoot myself.

what if I got my blood checked and everything is fine can I go back on or should I still wait for the time on=time off thing?? I just ran winny.

if bloodwork is normal i would start the next cycle but thats me. u gotta make ur own decision bro!

True, but blood work is the barometer for the body’s need to rest. When it’s restored to the normal range the body is rested.

blood work is a good way to see if you're back to normal, but this means you'd have to get your bloodwork done before you began the cycle so you know what normal is. Either then that time on=time off.
