Basically what they are telling you is before you do anything, do some serious RESEARCH!!!! 1st off, you don't have enough gear. Do you have or know about PCT (post cycle thearpy), or Anti e-s? Before you put anything into your body, know what your injecting first!!!!

I have done a search, what I have come up with is 400 to 500ml of test e a week and 300ml to 400ml of deca a week. I have also seen that you need a min of 10 weeks. Will 250ml of test e for 10weeks and 300ml of deca for 10 weeks (pct) at the end. Is this ok for first cycle?

No. A correct cycle should look something like this:

Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg (250mg on Monday, 250mg on Thurs)
Weeks 1-11 Deca 400mg (200mg on Monday, 200mg on Thurs)
Weeks 1-12 Nolva 10/20mg ED
Weeks 1-12 L dex .25mg ED
Pct - 2 weeks after last test injection.

Make sure you keep your Deca lower than your test. (research as to why)

No. You barely have enough to run it for 5 weeks.

I am 6'8 240lbs, I am male, I also played pro basketball so I know how to eat and work out. I have had many bad injuries and hope this will help. I am in good shape, I could loose 10lbs at the most. I have been working out for the last 2 years every day.
