1st Cycle.. thoughts?

I have been following the forums and doing some research, and I am planning to start the following cycle:

These are by week..

Deca: 200mg,300mg,300mg,400mg,400mg,200mg,200mg
Cyp : 200mg,200mg,300mg,300mg,300mg,200mg,200mg,200mg,10 0mg

Nolvadex 20mg a day for 12 weeks(ends 3 weeks after cycle stops)

Weeks 10, 11, and 12: Clomid 300mg first day, 100mg for the rest of week 10 and week 11, then 50mg a day for the final week.

Should I add HCG, or any other supplement to alleviate any side effects? Thanks guys, you have helped a lot!

I would keep the dosages the same (no pyramiding) and i would also run the deca for 12 and the cyp for a week or two longer and at least 100mg higher than the deca....

but I would drop the deca and just run test for 12 weeks

did u look back at threads from years ago? nobody pyramids doses anymore....

i like dive kid's idea... keep it simple. if u are dead set on running the deca too, then keep the test higher and run the test at least a week longer than the deca... 12 weeks deca 13 weeks test

Just strictly test on the 1st cycle in my opinion. 400mg/wk just to see how your body reacts to it.

First cycles are recommended to be test only for a few reasons. If you have more then one compound in your stack and it's your first time, if you have an adverse reaction to the gear or if you start getting gyno it will be difficult to say wich one is the culprit. It's been my people respond differently to deca. I know a few cats that can't use that or tren because they get immediate signs of gyno. On the other hand I kno guys that run a gram of deca a week and are fvckin huge...Highly not recommended, but hey it's their body. I'd stick with test only. Maybe some dbol the first 4 weeks, but not longer.
Run the cycle at 250mg e3d (monday and thurday) 10-12 weeks in duration.
PCT would begin 2 weeks after you last enth shot and you don't need HCG, IMO. It will help, but IMO, you can fully recover with the use of clomid, nolva and ldex. JMO, though. Do whatever you want, as most people do.

OK.. Here is my updated 1st cycle:

Cyp test @500mg a week(250mg Mon, 250mg Thur) for 10 weeks
Nolvadex @20mg a day for 13 weeks
Clomid 300mg 1st day of week 11, 100mg a day the rest of week 11 and 12, 50mg a day for week 13

What do you guys think about this? fyi, this forum is a lot of help! I find myself reading the profiles and just the forum in general until 12-1AM, forgetting I have to wake up at 6-7 for work!

looks better, id run it for 12 weeks tho and run the nolvadex through the p.c.t aswell

OK, I am going to run Cyp @500mg a week for 12 weeks.. Should I take 20mg Nolva/ED throughout the cycle and PCT, or just on the PCT?

PS: Was going to take it ED throughout cycle and PCT, but just read a thread on nolva jacking up your vision, so a little worried now!
