I'm interested to know, what kind of gains have you all kept when coming off a cycle? How much is lost? Have you been able to retain 50% of your gains in the long run? 70%? Thanks!

on my deca and test cycle that lasted 13wks i gainded a total of 24lbs. alot was water. after PCT was all said and done i was up 10lbs solid. kept most of my stregth as well.
keeping your gains all depends on proper diet/pct/training...last cycle (test/tren) i think i gained about 22 lbs (not taking into account the BF i lost due to the tren making me sweat like a pig), and kept about 17 lbs or so
