    How much Benedryl on Clen?

    I've read on alot of posts about taking benedryl every third week with your clen to restore downgraded reseptors, but Hoe much of the benedryl do you take?

    You can take 50 to 100mgs. 50mgs should work fine.

    i have always done it this way... its also good for putting you to sleep as long as you buy the ben that causes drowsiness

    take it before bed. 100mg of benadryl knocks me out. u will get a good nights sleep
