Would using a AAS while you already have gyno be a really bad idea as far as the gyno goes? Will it make it 20 times worse or will it be the same as long as you have proper PCT and AI's and ATD's and SERMS?

I have successfully cycled with gyno the you MUST use an AI
I used 1.25mg of letro ed while on cycle AND 20mgs of nolva sometimes 40mgs ed
And it didnt get any bigger
I was thinking about using Pheraplex, a designer steroid. Would using what you used for your cycle take away from my gains because pheraplex is probably much weaker than whatever you used.
Letro will help keep the gyno under control, but like me, as the pec muscles grow, it obviously becomes more noticeable.
IMHO, its better to prevent gyno then to treat it, especially while on a cycle. However, Ive only done the preventing,(knock on wood); I havent had to deal with gyno & treat it
