I got this cycle from another site and wanted to know what you guys thought. I appreciate any comments about it you have. Thanks for the time too.

week 1 anavar 10 mg/d , deca 50 mg/wk , test suspension 50 mg/wk
week 2 anavar 20 mg/d , deca 50 mg/wk , test suspension 50 mg/wk
week 3 anavar 30 mg/d , deca 75 mg/wk , test suspension 100 mg/wk

Bro that cycle sux to be honest. You need to re-think your cycle, all you need is a real dose of one compound (test), what you have there is a bunch of gear but nothing high enough to do anything.

Yeah and before you start yourself in anything you need to do some research to know what you are getting yourself into and learn how to do things right. Best of luck to you bro.

maybe this will be a little more constructive. look under profiles for each compound's minimum dose. your way under dosed in everything. also, stay away from suspension unless you like shoting several times a day. but again you'll find all this under the profiles.

its okay man no worries "a mistake isnt a mistake if you learn from it" so i suggest you jus do more research no need to flame him just do more research buddy and you will get your proper cycle and get the good gains that your looking for.

and by the way guys he never mentioned that this is his cycle. He said he got this cycle from a different site and just wanted some of your opinions based on the cycle? so every1 take a deep breathe and relaxe.

Yes I agree its not the a good cycle in your words it "sucks" but the way the poor guys getting flamed just for asking about some simple thoughts and opinions now that aint fair. You can simply tell him in a much better and respectable manner that this cycle isnt good or right or needs more thought and more research thats all I'm saying.

yes it would. he should defenitly look into a better cycle. but what are his stats, goals, ect. im guessing he doesnt have all that on hand right now.

Well thanks for the constructive comments. My goal is to put on quite a bit of muscle but not for competition. I have been on weights since High School wresteling, I am 27 now and 5'4" and about 150 and no clue about my body fat but I need to cut weight again I know that. I defenitly am going to look in to it more I am just looking for some direction is all. Thanks guys.

if this is your 1st cycle the best thing you could do is a test only cycle ran at 500mg weekly for 10-12 weeks!!
