Sometimes Strenght goes from GOD and not from Steroids

Today I had a nice Delt workout, I started my routine with Dumbell Press first set was a warm up with 20lbs each arm, second warm up set was was with 60lbs each arm than I start my heavy sets, first set 90lbs on each arm than I decided to do my second set with 120lbs dumb on each arm, I had someone to put the weights on my shoulders put I only could manage to do 2 reps and than I drop the weights to the floor it was like a thunder hitting the floor, everybody in the gym was watching, so I decide to do my 3rd set with the same weight, but this time I did 6 reps bottom to top, I quess this 3rd set was God doing the work and not the steroids .
    What a workout...

lol nice to hear, that wasnt god that was just you feeling great about your 1st and 2nd set and you were probably in a good mood and was having a really good day. Then by the time you had began your 3rd set you had already been pumped up and everyone had there eyes on you like you say in your story. There for that pressure got to you and you did not feel what you were lifting because it didnt matter to you at this point. You just wanted to prove that you can do this. You jus had to "show off" your skills meaning that you can do this heavy ass set.You were optimistic and were thinking positive. am I right? lol anyways goob job tho if Im wrong then maybe it was god? and if it wasnt god start going to church and maybe it will become god lol jk

Ya man..the other day I was doing tbar rows with 7 plates. Im cutting so i have lost a lotta strength. First and second time I tried it..couldnt get it off the floor. Third..I busted out 8 reps. Kinna weird but that was prolly due to the resting time haha

It was your Delts, Traps, Pecs, Tris and Mind doing the work.

Why give the credit elsewhere, when it was YOU making the effort? Take what is yours. You've earned it, and are obviously proud.

    Good press by the way!
