Rit**** (ADD) Vs Creatine - No Explode ... Advice please!!

I just received my NO Explode Creatine in the mail and it states that taking ephedrine related products will react with the creatine (dehydration I guess) and lessen the results....

I take Rit**** 30mg a day for my ADD and IO am going to start with the No Explode.... Rit**** being a diurectic... will it work against the Creatine??

Thanks ahead of time for you help as always!

Yeah rit****+ephedrine .... damn thats a high heart rate, also that will probably not react with the creatine but your metabolism will probably be high as hell so you wont be gaining much ... also put this in the supplement forum not steroid

Creatine helps your muscle hold water, this is what causes the weight gain and increase in strength, that's why you lose it when you stop taking creatine. Obviously something that dehydrates you will counteract this somewhat... but who cares, you've bought it, may as well go ahead and use it. Can't see it having any adverse effects, so you can see for yourself it does anything.
