Advice for a friends first cycle... Need some input
My friend approached me today about doing his very first cycle. He is a pretty big guy but is holding a lot of fat. He is 6'2 230. He wants to do a cycle to get lean and hard and put on some stregnth. He is a pitcher and doesn't want to get to bulky. I suggested Test Prop. for it is a test and has been known to produce solid lean gains. Also, I informed hjim that nothing will help if he doesn't get his diet in check and it sounds like he really wants to work hard with a good diet and workout and wants a little steroid help. What is everyone elses opionions on what he shoudl do for his first cycle to lean out.
