    deca/sust cycle...comments

    250mg sust + 150mg deca : every 4 days for 10 weeks

    when would i wanna stop the deca and start clomid...also would i see any results by increasing to 300mg of deca every shot..

    5 10
    165 (very low body fat)
    3 days a week
    2 deca only cycles

    personally i think you could easily with the right diet get up to around the 190 mark without gear!!
    if you are dead set on doin it at least do it right!!
    500mg sust 1-12
    400mg deca 1-11
    start your pct 18-21 days after the last shot of sustanon !
    to get the most out of the sust it should be shot eod coz of the shorter actin esters in it,but twice weekly would be fine!

    i feel as i hit a plateu @ 165, i wanna get be able to pack on a few more pounds of music for spring

    I'm a newbie but I've hit my plateau at 6'3 220lbs and most of the guys are tellin me that a cycle of straight Test 500mg a week is the thing to do.

    id just do test only 500mg per week for 12 weeks and get your diet in order, to many people think just taking gear will give them the gains they want, not true, get your diet right and you will produce good quality gains on just test & good diet

    Seems like cycle 1 on the Sticky Cycles for Newbie Post is a common recommendation.

    What do you all think about just progressing right down the chart that Mudman made?
