Just started, IMPORTANT questions

I just started my 300MG deca , 200MG test E cycle yesterday.

I did 2, 1 cc shots of each into the same glute...is this ok? Is it ok to do 2 shots instead of 1 mixed shot? Also is it ok to put them into same glute?

Also, any thought on the cycle? Im using 200mg B-6 daily to combat gyno. Any thoughts?

why not just put them in the same syringe?
the b-6 is good for the deca but you need some nolva in case of high estrogen levels caused by the test, but 200mg of test e is very low IMO. i would bump it to 400 or 500mg

also how long are you running them? the test should be ran 2 weeks past the deca ... and pct should start 2 weeks after last test shot.

yeah what's the reason for the low doses? u shld run the test higher then the deca. like 500mg test e 400mg deca a week... mix in same syringe.. shoot every 3.5 days 250mg test/200mg deca..and like it was said run the test longer...

I planned on running both 10 weeks, but i guess now ill go 10 weeks deca 12 weeks test.

So i guess I will go 300mg deca, 400mg testE. What should i take during cycle to combat bloating and all other sides of test and deca?


for PCT im gona take nolva and clomid for 2 weeks, but can someone elaborate please.


ALSO, how do u fill up 1 syringe with 2 different AAS's?

i don't worry bout the bloating i actually like it while i bulk, which i wld assume u r doing if u are using deca .. u can run some nolva to help with gyno and bloat as well as liquidex...

same as you would fill one but you dont inject air into the second vial..just draw it out

putting 2 different aas' in 1 syringe is easy... just pull up how much test u need then do the same for the deca ... r they both in vials or is the test e in amps?
