Some Advice On My Next Cycle Please
I've run gear before such as: test/deca /eq/dbol /winny/tren
I think its a good idea to get others opinion before i start.
dbol week 1-4 @ 50mg ed
test e week 1-12 800mg/week
eq week 1-10 400-500mg/week
tbol 5 weeks @ 60mg ed NOT SURE WHAT WEEK TO START THIS?
i have my PCT in check.
im 34 5'10 173lbs looking to put on 10-15 lbs. i know i know diet is also important.
my diet is also in check

I'm not a big d-bol fan. If it were me I would trade the d-bol for prop. I can't help it. I just think prop gives better gains that are gonna stick with you.

Looking at your cycle though i would run the EQ for at least 12 weeks...13-14 is better.....and run the test a week longer than it.
IMO drop the dbol...personally it suppresses my appetite to the point where my calories drop below 4000 a day.
One other option like Tattoo said is to jumpstart with prop...Its good stuff
I have no experience with tbol....but have read that it's pretty mild.
If you jumpstart with prop and take the enan and eq.....and eat...10-15 lbs. should be no problem.

yeah i like the prop idea... that's how i will do it in the future... me and orals don't seem to mix well, i have never made it the full 4 weeks... i always wind up dropping it in the 3rd week...makes me feel like shit

as long as ur running test @ 800 mg so u can increase ur eq dose to 600 mg

ive used dbol before and my body loved it, my strength exploded and my appetite went through the roof thats why i wanted to use it this time. when i mentioned what i used before i didn't mean all at once or that im running now. still would like some suggestions as when to incorporate the tbol. thanks.
