Hi, please help with my 2nd cycle:

Stats : 26 yrs old
Height: 169cm
Weight: 172lbs

Dbol 30mg per day week 1-4
Test E 500mg per week 1-10
Deca 200mg per week 1-9
Nolvadex 10mg per day
Vit B6 100mg per day

PCT:
Clomid 14 days after last Test E shot 300mg first day 100mg for 10 days and finally 50mg for last 10 days
Nolvadex 10mg per day

ur dose too low for deca dbol too low

Test E 500mg per week 1 to 10week
Deca 400mg per week 1 to 8week
Dbol 50mg 1 to 4week ED

up the dbol to 40-50mg per day 1-4 weeks
run the test E for 1-12 weeks at 500mg
run deca at 400mg for 1-10 weeks

I concur

I agree with others and at least bump your dose of deca to 400mg/wk...200 won't yield much gains. I would also extend your cycle at least one more week....Enth for 11 wks and deca for 10 and adjust your PCT accordingly.

Question: is it absolutely necessary to do Deca 2 weeks less than Test? What happens if it's equal?

I do it for 2 reasons:
<1> to match up for PCT
<2> To have the extra test to still have the libido up & to recover better
