time on = time off
I ended mine almost the same time and would love to start a new cycle, but a lot of people on here time on=time off.
if you dont have much experience with AS then you dont know how your body reacts and recovers from a cycle. the rule of thumb usually is time on=time off. some people recover quickly and some bodies take more time. if you dont give your body some time to produce naturally that could mean a much harder recovery after the second cycle than it would have been for the first. i have ran a long cycle and regret it due to it has taken months before i could get back to normal. when i run a 12 week cycle i recover like i never did anything. thats how my body reacts
ok well i started my first cylce in the first week of july and ended in the last week of sept. i dont have exact dates in front of me. but i started out with dbol deca and eq. the dbol was for the first 4 weeks then i took deca and eq until week 8 when my test e arrived. do i added the test and droped the eq. and ran that until week 12. i know it was a stupid first cycle and obviously i didn't do enough research. but now i know whats going on, i got my second cylce down, have everything!!! i finished my pct and ready to rock. i guess ill just wait till jan.

How i do it:
Goto doctor
get blood test
if everything checks out ok.. then i go
Dude I ended my cycle beggining of July and Im waiting till the first of the year to start another one. But thats just me it took me a while to recover so Im going to do about 1/2 the amount I did before(750mgtest & 600mgdeca/wk
Personally if I were you Id run a test only cycle. Thats what Im going to do this time, keep it simple 500mg/wk
yea but why run a test only cycle if i already have all the gear.
my 2nd cycle
is
1-4 dbol 30mg ed
1-11 deca 600mg ew
1-12 test e 500 ew
15-19 clomid
1-19 noladex 20mg ed as needed
prob add some vit. b6 in the mix. how much of that should i take?
