Bump for B6 answer...
Vit-B6 prevents Prolacin related side effects from Deca and other Progesterone's. Deca can have gyno type effects where your nipples begin to lactate. Vit-B6 is used to prevent these effects (to an extent) at 200mg/ED. For higher dosages of Deca, or other Progesterone's, Dostinex or Bromo would be advised.
So at 250mgs of Deca a week I should be ok with 200mgs of B6 a day.
Also, taking 20mgs of Nolva as well.
200mg/ED Vit-B6 will suffice. I think you should increase the dosage to 400mg/wk. 250mg/wk is a waste.Quote:
