gear is gear. it is either good or bad. in mex you will find good stuff and crap. same with canada. as for prices, some high some low. at the end of the day it all depends,

AS are legal to possess in Canada. You just can't purchase or traffic.

There is pleny of gear in canada... In terms of quality, canada is saturated with fake human grade gear. Im not sure why this is, but human grade amps and vials are to be stayed away from. There is also alot of vet fakes going around. But, there is plenty of great UG labs, with awesome products, for decent prices.

There is plenty of real human grade gear in Canada. Yes they are fakes...and you can thank gangs for that.

As for UG labs...they are a few good ones...but how do you know the quality? Are you seeing lab results? Are they sterile? UG labs are getting out of hand b/c everyone thinks they're a chemist now.
