I am doing test e 500mg a week for 10weeks, I plan on this for PCT and it's what I have what do you guys think.
90 20mg nolva
36 50mg clomid
1 nolva everyday till the end of cycle
clomid 14days after last injection 2tabs a day for five days then 1 a day till out.
what do you think?
by the way i'm 28 1st real cycle 6'1" 185lbs training diet in check the only supplements I am taking are multi-vitamin and milk thistle. Probably need protein what's the best RTD shake that's not to much $$$$
Prolly gonna need more clomid/nolva IMO. I like a three piece PCT, but with the cycle you are doing this isn't completely necessary, but you should run it like this Day one 300 mg clomid/40mg nolva. For 21 days run clomid at 100 mg ed and nolva at 20 mg then for 7 days run clomid at 50 mg and nolva at 20 mg ed.
For the best recovery, use HCG during the cycle, it gives your body one less thing to recover from. The cycle you're doing 300iu evry 3-5 days should work

So what you're saying is my PCT sucks? What can you guys recommend w/ what I have is it possible to help me design a PCT w/ what I have.
