Im about ready to do my first cycle.
Stats
Powerlifter
26yrs old
230lbs Bodyweight
Training serious for 5yrs
Im pretty lean and pretty strong.
1)Basicaly im looking for a cycle that I can keep as much as possible from.
2)Im looking for a cycle that will decrease recovery time and Increase strength. With not so much weight gain.
3) My results don't have to come over night but i want results that are solid.
4)Training and diet are Correct.
Any advice is appreciated.
