    Questions about injections

Ok, so yesterday morning I started another cycle after about 3 months off. And I stuck myself in the thigh, got it nice and deep in the muscle. I pulled back on the stopper and didnt see any blood in the syringe so I injected. Well after I pulled the needle out and was about to dispose it, I noticed that there was a tiny bit of blood in it after all. I was freaking out thinking I was going to die lol. A buddy told me that it was fine but I've also read that if you hit a vessell it could kill you. So you think i'll be fine?

Also, the same thing happened last night when I was injecting a buddy of mine. I put it in his shoulder, pulled back, saw no blood, but when I pulled out he started bleeding a lot, and I noticed some in the syrige, but only at the very end.

as long as no blood came into the syringe when you aspirated you're fine.

Yep-Sorry you're gonna live. A little bleed is to be expected, you are after all making a hole in yourself, albeit a small one, but a hole none the less.

you may have pierced through a vein on the way in but you didnt inject into it. plus a little bleeding when you pull the needle out is fairly common.....you did just pierce your skin

You will be fine. When you poke a hole in you're body there is bound to be some blood come out sooner or later. You may have hit a vessel on the way in, it happens to all of us, no worrys
