    Hi my 1st Cycle check it out!

    Hello i've been doing some research about gear, juice, gas whatever ya call it. Well i'm ready to get to it and start getting huge. I used creatine for 3 months but results seem slow and just made me look puffy.

    For the past month I've just been taking protien shakes good dieting and vitamins lately with a religeous workout routine, and seem to be stuck around 210lbs.

    So this is what I've come up with as my first cycle stack. I want to get up to around 230-240lbs. to be satisfied then just maintain that. Took me awhile to make this graph so please check it out and any critiquing would be greatly appreciated.

    not the best choice for a first cycle. just do test e at 500mg/wk for a good 10 weeks. you can load that with some dbol for weeks 1-4 to get a kickstart if you want. but stick with a single compound for a first cycle to see how your body reacts. and get a little knowledge on proper pct too before you start.

    wow first cycle go w/ test only but on that note i kan tell from the info you have given me(or Lack of) that your probably not ready ..

    ONE MONTH of religious training.. is NOT SUFFICIENT not trying to flame but the gians you will acquire will surely slip away.

    its all about diet and if u think ur gion to gain 30lbs of LBM on one cycle ur are POORLY MISTAKEN for it 12lbs of LBM would be EXCEPTIONAL GAINS!

    i think you need to invest WAY WAY MORE TIME in researching around here .. and ESPECIALLY THE DIETARY ASPECT OF IT!

    NO no no I been training religously for like 3 years now. I said just this past month since i stop using creatine, sorry for the confusion

    its a great cycle LOL but you are NOT READY FOR IT its an EXTREMELY POOR CHOICE OF A CYCLE for someone as new as you .. i think it will be far more detrimental than anything .. like i stated earlier invest more time into research of diet and training those are FAR MORE IMPORTANT than AAS its self
    for until u learn how ur body reacts to specific training regiements and nutritional aspects then can you fully incorp your AAS into your lifestyle for POSITIVE GAINS

    well sorry for flaming but if u relaly feel ur redy run test w/ DBOL as a jumpstart until u find out how ur body reacts to test alone then next cycle incrop deca or EQ or like

    So all i got to do is eat right huh?...I already train like an animal I do full body workouts 3-4 times a week hitting every muscle at multitudes of angles. And my sessions are usually are around 2 hours long. I think i'm ready and I think you guys think im some noob.


    Edit: Opps sorry i'm 6'0" 210lbs 12%bf...

    taiboxa! im disappointed. that's not a great cycle for anyone. on the right track but pyramiding doses? sus once a week? and pct could use some tweaking IMO. and doses are on the low side also IMO. come on now dough boy im gonna need u to do better than that

    no but seriously slow-mo, research a lil more first, get the diet to a T and then start with test enanthate for a first cycle maybe kicked off with the dbol ....

    just saw sust and dbol and deca figured he was using str8 doses anyways

    sounds like you might be over training, anything over about 45 minutes or so with weights is counter productive

    and gear doesnt increase recovery time just keeps u from going catabolic
