I was wondering if anyone could help me? I am 5' 9" and about 160 pounds, I am desperately trying to get big, I play college basketball in colorado, I am the strongest on the team yet one of the smallest size wise. I was looking heavily into taking Decca, but I have never taken anything of that calibur before, any suggestions?? Thanks
You should think about eating more, Deca alone would not be a wise idea. Nor would you gain much weight off of it. Food is your answer, research in the diet forum for some bulking tips.

At 160 lbs if you cant weight naturally, youre not eating enough calories. If youre not eating enough calories, then no amount of steroids will make you bigger. Besides taking deca alone is a bad idea. I would work on improving your diet. You have to eat to get big period!

200 mg primo and 500 mg sustanon for 10 weeks. if you're gonna juice this is very safe and effective. also you must eat if you expect to gain weight. lots of protein not junk food
