Taking an anti inflammatory will cancel out the effects of clen.It reduces your body temp,what you want on clen is to RAISE your body temp.Take an advil or similar and check your temp.I'm certain it will drop,rendering the clen useless.Quote:

Well just the clen alone with your normal caloric intake should take care of that, but IMO, unless needing to cut some real weight, like 20 lbs or planning on competing I wouldn't touch the stuff.
