please tell us you're shooting test with the deca.
i wldn't jump right into shooting tri's or trapps, or even bi's... try your glutes or quads...Quote:

no, but tried the pec once and it hurt like hell. I always stick to delts, glutes and quads, personally.Quote:

I love Chest just like TopVega. It goes in so easy and feels great, never get much pain after. I really dont have a prob with nethin tho. I love tri's and bi's as well. Its all gold.

I did Quads, and hope your shooting test wit it.
I would just stick to hitting the glutes,quads and delts. The traps,chest and so on..to me is a little bit risky. IMO you have to be ALOT of experience and have some balls.
