How long should I stay off?

I just did a 10 week cycle and Im very anxious to start a new one since it is summer. But I would rather be safe so how long should I be off before I start again? I was doing dbol , enanthate , deca and fina. Thanx!

with that cycle you just finished i would recommend time off equaling time on. depending on dosages, that one looks fairly heavy androgen wise.
i have been talking to some more knowledgable brothers than myself on this subject though, and sometimes you can go sooner, from what they are telling me. problem is, with running the deca in there, you made a big mistake in wanting to try to go sooner, deca was the big no-no for pushing up cycle times, as it stays in your body forever it seems like.(about 12-20 months).

Ya I know what you mean about the deca . I knew I was gonna go again soon though so I only did deca the first 5 weeks. I was hoping to again after only taking a month off.

Stubborn metabolites stay in your system (deca ) for up to 18 months or so. The major issue is trying to get your receptors back to normal (or as close as possible) so people tend to match their time on with equal time off.

It also depends on how many cycles you do a year, as the more you do, the more rest I would suggest.

if someone does a dbol /deca cycle, how soon should they wait to do a test cycle?

good question....surgery has made me stop mine mid way so im stopping now, running clomid untill may 30 waiting till july1 and hopping on another cycle....

Bump for Barbells79. Why waste the time and money on gear if your gonna use it in a way that might be counter productive. Take some time off let your body readjust. JMO
