hard muscle

i'm 52, have no trouble gaining size, but for the last few years, i have trouble with muscle remaining hard, and especially with chest. i'm interested in using AS and looking for advise on what works best or this. would apprecaite any advise. thanks!

at 52, and your interested in steroids, perhaps you should seek hormone theropy. usual theropy is testosterone, and HGH can also be perscribed.

what are your stats and training experience?

also, try posting in the over 30 board as well.

thanks for you reply. i'm 5-11, 198, 42c, 15-16a, 34w, 25q, but much bigger at times. i've wondered about hormone therapy. but would also like to get bigger. thanks for any adivse you can give.
