    tamoxifen dosage?

    I have nihfi tamoxifen 10mg tabs. I am currently on a cycle of 40mg/anabol per day and 500mg test e per week, What dosage should I be taking of the tamoxifen and how often. I am kinda new to this so please be patient with me , i would appreciate any help I can get

    usually 10mgs ed. i'd just leave it out unless you start too feel symptoms of gyno. 10mgs ed iworks well for me though.
