    New User...Advice

    I am 5'10" and about 205 with about 15% body fat. I look bulky but have small amounts of definition. I want to cut but also look lean. I and deciding between Deca Durobline and Winstrol for a 6 weeks cycle. Does anyone have any advice on what you would do if you were me.

    YEAH.. not run that cycle
    deca takes a while to kick in say 8 weeks so 6 weeks isnt doing much for you

    w/o test ur going to go limp GOOD LUCK impressing chicks w/ a limpy dong

    u will also suffer from possible depression

    dont use win yet

    use a test ONLY cycle good luck

    Previous cycle experience?

    Deca and winny for 6 weeks is a horrible cycle just test would be best and cutting is more about diet than drug choice.

    what do u mean by test cycles. Im not very familiar with the lingo yet. To be honest I know nothing, this is a cycle a buddy wants to experiment with.

    well dont be the guinea cause that cycle sucks. cutting is all about ur diet the type of gear u choose will assist but it all comes down to how clean ur diet is. testosterone only is a good first cycle for at least 10 wks. 6 wks will do nothing for u except side effects! how old r u?

    ur still pretty young if i was u i would get my diet straight along with cardio and research for about another 2 yrs all the while hittin the gym hard. u want to hit a plateau where u cant get any bigger before u hit ur first cycle.

    well see Im a no longer football player, I have the work ethic, I run 2-2.5 miles a day, work out 1-2 times daily. I truely belive im in a plateau. I eat very balanced, lots of protein but balanced with all the other food groups.

    if ur not finshed growin there is a chance u can stunt ur growth but research a test only cycle along with pct and anti e's and make ur desion from there. dont just jump into ur first cycle and screw it up like most of us did.

    if youre not gaining at your age, youre not eating enough period!! How many calories do you eat daily? Im sure its not nearly as much as you think. How many calories daily come from protein, carbs, and fats? you need to look at these things, they are very important, especially if your not gaining

    Your prolly right about not eating enough, I am just so timid about eating a lot because of the possible fat gain. Can I get fat if I binge on (good protein). Such as good protein foods and WHEY protein. I also have trouble staying away from Carbs. However I do pretty good about fats I dont need.

    i would also suggest that you fight your way over that plateau and wait awhile before doing any cycles. research and work hard for at least another year (even two) and then make the decision. by then, you'll know what you're thinking about putting in your body.
