cycle/stacking help

i took stuff about 2 years back and have not been to the gym in a while and started going back. i want to know what is a good cycle/stack to put on good size and get stronger quick. i have anadrol 75 by QV and need something to go with it.....can someone tell me what to take with it and when and how much thanks for the help!

im 6'1 225 little belly not much fat else where....have not lifted in a while so dont really have a clue yet where my lifting #'s are at but im guessing low till i get back in to it, if that helps let me know thanks

Also one other question is last time i was on sus for 12 weeks and before and after i was in the gym for 4 years working hard......my back and chest will get big my arms never really got size or never can really see a big bi when i flex....and i at one time i even went to just working on arms for a few weeks different things and nothing happen and i never cheated myself in the gym. so my other question is how can i get a good arm size? thanks
