    eliminating site injection pain?

    Anyone good any good ways to eliminate some site injection pain when injecting the biceps and triceps?

    Did you try warming the juice in the syringe under tap water??

    That would be my suggestion, warm the liquid up

    do but i usually heat a vial up when im using those before i put it in the syringe. putting ice on my glutes seems to numb the area temporarily but not sure how they will work with the arms

    also-make sure you are using a 25guage pin for those areas

    25 g, 5/8 inch good? u know any good things i could go by to avoid hittin a nerve?

    Best way to warm up your gear is to take a wet towell put it on a dinner plate and put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes. When its done put the loaded syringe between the folds for a few minutes. Works great.
