    good anatomy chart for site injects?

    Anyone know any sites with a good anatomy chart for the bics and tri's. spotinjections.com is good but doesnt show where all the nerves are. I want something to go by so i know im not gonna hit shit. i got a 10 week cycle commin up and im gonna need to be injectin those spots alot with the glutes, and delts dont care much for the quads
