    Site Injection Pain

    Is there anything you can do to reduce site injection pain in arms other than heating up the vials? anyone got any good arm diagrams to avoid nerves and veins?

    massage afterwards..some ppl heat their needles. Heating pad afterwards...etc. Concentrate w/ sterile oil

    Dilute your shots will b12 or sterile oil.

    I use a massager and massage for 20min then the pain will be come just sorness...
