    alittle recap of whats going on

    so i just started wk6 and ended my 5wks of dbol @ 40mg. Im up 25lbs (and ya thats fat too) some people are getting concerned about my rapid size increase which as far as in concerned is prolly bloat from the dbol making my face all round. Ive been eating 4500cals aday. Should I lower my cals by 500 or keep it the same and just add in some cardio?

    are you worried your going to put on too much fat or something?? r you trying to bulk for the winter, or are you looking to cut now?

    prolly less fat/bloated without sacrificing to many gains. I mean everywhere I go people are like you are getting fvcking huge whats going on. I mean i dont know if its getting real obvious or what. Maybe i should just concentrate on leaner gains....

    i mean, you probably have alot of bloat, especially in the neck and face...alot of people notice that stuff.

    Cardio certainly won't hurt, I personally wouldn't cut the cals. I'd add some cardio....maybe something like 2-3 times a week.....

    I take it you've never done dbol b4>?

    Not really..maybe a little bit. Seems like the test always will help you keep what you gained from the dbol better. It'll provide more to fall back on so to say..this may not make sense..but you get the idea..

    no, you probably won't gain too much more WIEGHT. you will start gaining muscle and loosing water as the dbol is done. i don't see much wieght gain at the end of my cycles. i'm in wk 11 of test e 600mgs wk. since wk 6 iv gaind 5lbs.......i had too fight for that shit too! i'm up 20lbs but i'm running letro and staying pretty dry. sounds like your cycle is off too a great start though :

    would i be able to lose noticable fat on a bulk by just adding in cardio?

    test/dbol here i come. To be exact...
    1-12 test e 500mg
    1-4 dbol 30mg
    1-14 nolva 10mg
    15-18 clomid 100mg
    15-18 nolva 20mg
    1-18 ldex .25

    hm...I think it would be more to keep the fat gain under control. You would have to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat...no matter what you use.
