I'm 5 Weeks Into my first cycle of 500 of sust, and 400 of deca (and yes I have PCT ploaned out) The problem is I just recieved a call to do a job physical in 4 weeks wich requires a mile and a half run in under 12 minutes. This is usually no problem but I've put on 8 lbs so far and havenbt done any cardio because i was told by my friend not to on this cycle because it could mess with the heart. Could I do a 12 min full out run 3 times a week to train without a problem? (Cecked my BP EOD and it's fine)
