    Red face Nolva and Gyno

I keep on hearing that Nolvadex should be kept on hand in case you start to feel signs of gyno throughout your cycle.

How can you tell if you are getting Gyno in the very early stages?

What are the main signs of it?

And how would you properly use Nolva if you do find signs of Gyno?

I wouldnt even wait to see signs. I really dont know y people are sticking with this. Unless you are not prone to gyno run NOLVA!!! Just start off at 20mg per day and run that all the way until you PCT is over. So 20mg per day during cycle and 20-30mg per day during PCT. Its better to be safe than sorry cus gyno sucks. Symptoms are itching, puffy, lactating, painful nipples as well as almsot like a lump under your nipple. ya get it?

    OK THEN!!!
By the description of Gyno... I think I want to play it safe.

    Doesn't sound like much fun!

So, would you run Clomid as well for PCT?

Yes, def. Run your PCT like this. Clomid at 100mg ED for 4 weeks. Nolva at 20-30mg ED for 4 weeks. But jump on nolva right now if you are cycling!
