I have always wondered when is the best time to work out after an injection. Ive heard some ppl say , depending on what spot they inject, some areas can hurt up to a few hours later or even days. When do most of you normally workout after an injection, should I wait an hr then workout or should I inject on my days off? Ill be injecting 400mg eq / wkand 500mg /wk ethanate if that helps any. If any one can help that would be great!
I inject then go to the gym an hour later. I shoot in my delts, 1.5 cc test e. This is only on mondays when i work arms. Where do you inject?

i agree. i do tend to time my workouts around orals like d-bol and var that have short half-lives. but with tests and other longer lasting esters, it doesn't matter.Quote:

sometime i like to inject into the muscle group that i'll be training that day - not because i think it's goingto help me grow faster, but because i'll actually be using those muscles and working the oil around. would rather not have it sit and lessons the pain.
i do it after shower so im hot loosend up and Clean!
